This lightweight addition to your routine is part skin tint, part mineral sunscreen, part brightening treatment that's designed to do more with a single step. The formula melts into skin, imparting a veil of sheer, skin-illuminating coverage with an ethereal finish. 

 

Beyond the immediate makeup payoff, the formula combines mineral sun protection with skin care actives selected to address dullness, uneven pigmentation, sun damage, and age spots, reflecting Carte Blanche’s approach to combining high-performance makeup with targeted skin care in fewer, more purposeful products.

 

Inside the Formula

  • Zinc oxide: A mineral UV filter that provides broad-spectrum sun protection while allowing the formula to maintain its natural finish
  • Flax plant exosomes: Plant-derived exosome technology incorporated into the formula as part of its targeted skin care complex
  • Licorice exosomes + licorice root extract: Help address the appearance of uneven pigmentation and support a brighter, more even-toned complexion
  • Vitamin C: Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, an oil-soluble form of vitamin C, provides antioxidant benefits and helps improve the appearance of dullness and uneven tone
  • Tomato extract: An antioxidant-rich botanical extract that helps defend against environmental stressors
  • Bakuchiol: A plant-derived active included to support smoother skin
  • Squalane + panthenol: Conditioning ingredients that help maintain hydration, softness, and comfort
how to use
  • Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure.
  • Layeron top of serum, face oil, or moisturizer. Reapply at least every two hours.

    New daily go-to

    I have a drawer full of similar products and wasn't sure I needed another one...until I did. The Multi-Hyphenate is a step up from most of the tinted all-in-ones in my drawer with more even coverage, all-day durability and my favorite...a not so dewy finish! It looks dewy at first application but quickly takes on a more healthy finish without the extra shine. Feels great on the skin and still looks good hours later. Can't speak to brightening effects quite yet, but find myself reaching for it above all else for my busy mornings!

    Early adopter, forever fan

    I am OBSESSED! While I normally use Ilia tinted moisturizer for my base, I'm always looking for something a little less thick. Something that has less of a sunscreen feeling and more of a sheer base. Enter Carte Blanche! Since this arrived, I have been using it non-stop. I love the way it looks sheer and doesn't completely change my existing skin color once applied. It has a very natural look, which I love. 10/10, would recommend to any friend asking!

    Skin Tint I Didn’t Realize I Needed

    This skin tint wears so comfortably! So much so that I’ve forgotten that I was even wearing it and fell asleep with it on! It’s definitely a “your skin but better” look. Not too glowy or too matte. This has earned its spot in my makeup bag. I can’t wait to see what else Carte Blanche comes up with!
