how to use

2–3 times per week, blend ½ measured tablespoon of powder with just shy of equal parts water to form a soft mousse. Smooth over clean skin and relax for 30–45 minutes until fully dry. Rinse thoroughly in a warm shower, gently massaging in circular motions with fingertips. Follow with a hydrating oil or balm. Temporary tingling or redness may occur—this is normal and part of the active process.
