I've struggled with my coarse, wavy, frizzy hair my whole life! I've used Oribe, Kerastase, and other luxury brands to try to tame the frizz. All of these products relied on silocons for smoothing, though, and I started to wonder if that was only making the problem worse. Roz turned up in my IG feed and I purchased a starter pack. After the first shampoo I knew this was something really different! That was in March 2025, and I haven't used anything else since for cleansing and styling. My hair feels great. The frizz is under control and I can style it wavy/curly or smooth easily. I love the fresh smell, too! Currently using the shampoo and condition, salt scrub shampoo, milk serum, root spray, and thickening spray.

I have straight thin fine hair. I have drawers full of products that didn’t help as promised. I took a chance on Roz because of the trial they offer. I love the products and think they have worked better than anything else I’ve tried. I don’t have to wash my hair as often and the root\ boast and thickening spray really do work for me. I got desperate several months ago and got a perm. Nothing helped make my hair look sleek again until I used the milk. I’m a fan of every product I tried. In addition to their products, their customer support is second to none. My milk arrived broken. When I contacted them I got a response within hours offering me a new bottle, refunded my money for the original and didn’t charge me for the replacement. I’m so impressed with this company. I know people say this, but I truly do never write reviews unless it’s extra special. I believe everything about this company is extra special.
