Aesthetician Sofie Pavitt is known around the NYC skin scene as “The Acne Whisperer.” With dedicated clients and a stack of impressive before-and-after photos, the facialist with her own lower Manhattan studio quickly established herself as a beauty editor favorite and the go-to expert for those with problematic skin. Then, the 2020 lockdowns hit and Pavitt could no longer see her clients in-person.
