how to use
  • Intended for use on dry hair only
  • Place the appropriate size sponge pads inside the helmet
  • Connect the helmet to the controller using the USB cable 
  • Position the helmet on top of your head and press the on button for three seconds
  • Press start to begin the 25-minute treatment—mode one sends continuous light, while mode two sends pulsing light
  • Once the session is complete, the helmet will automatically turn off.
  • It is recommended to use the helmet three times a week
  • The helmet is not recommended for use on the face
