    THE BEST!

    I am getting ready to purchase my third satin eyeliner. It has a shimmer that makes it one of a kind. It’s not dull. It’s not flat. It makes your eyes pop no matter the color. Glides on smoothly and accurately and believe me, I am no expert on make up application. When it comes to makeup I’m pretty much a simple kind of gal. I wanted to say girl but I am 64 but don’t like that full you. This is for any age. Don’t hesitate!
