During the 2020 lockdown when acupuncturist Ross J. Barr was unable to treat patients in-person, he created these biodegradable patches that work—through aroma therapy as well as through transdermal placement on acupuncture points—to quickly help reduce sleeplessness, anxiety, and pain. Each formula in this set features different targeted botanicals and herbs that, when applied to a particular area, have multiple therapeutic effects.

Healing Patches help ease inflammation and every day muscle soreness and aches including menstrual cramps and pain—by moving blood and chi stagnation to promote healing
Calm Patches, made with calming Chuan-xiong, soothing and anti-inflammatory Safflower, and traditional Chinese medicine ingredient for aches and pains, Asarum, help alleviate stress headaches and tension, ease agitation and frustration, and support concentration and focus. An immediate calming effect is felt thanks to the unique scent created by the combination of white peony and peach that elicits a deeply relaxing olfactive experience
Sleep Patches employ wild jujube seed, coix seed, and polygala to help calm the mind and help induce sleep

how to use

Healing Patches: Suitable for Adults and Children above 12 years of age. Apply to the areas of tension and pain as needed. Clean and dry the affected area. Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch and smooth over the area you would like to treat. As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the area of pain. Please remove the patch no later than six hours after applying. Do not use patches more than three times daily for seven days. Children under 12 years of age, consult a doctor
Calm Patches: How to use: Remove the backing and apply directly to the temples, forehead, or area of headache. Alternatively, try tapping into a powerful acupuncture point by placing the patch on the top of the foot between the big and second toe which is known to subdue Liver Heat in Chinese medicine. Suitable for Adults and Children above 12 years of age. Children under 12 years of age, consult a doctor
Sleep Patches: Apply one sleep patch to each temple and massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs. Leave on until morning

**Red Peony Root, Prunella Spica, Costus Root, Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma Extract, Coix Seed, Tuber Fleeceflower Stem Extract, Wild Jujube Seed, Polygala, Sweet Cinnamon, Borneol, Camphor, Sesame Oil.
