how to use
  • Use on dry skin, pre-shower, without any oil or cream, applying a firm but comfortable pressure.
  • In the morning, follow the guide included with the brush to lift energy, prevent water retention, and awaken circulation.
  • Before bed, follow the guide included with the brush to eliminate toxins and release tension.
  • For best results, incorporate into your daily routine for five minutes after stimulating the body’s main lymph nodes as outlined in the guide.
  • To clean bristles, avoid getting the handle wet while dipping and swirling the hairs in warm water and soap. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry with bristles facing down.
