• - Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience within the beauty industry (luxury preferred).
• - Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• - Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• - Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance strategies.
• - Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• - Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury client service.
• - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

• - Own growth across paid social, paid search, and email—from strategy to execution—with clear responsibility for CAC, ROAS, and revenue
• - Build, test, and scale performance programs quickly, learning fast and doubling down on what works
• - Ability to flex and test to learn
• - Manage a budget with leadership oversight
• - Manage and support one direct report, giving clear direction, fast feedback, and room to grow
• - Work closely with a paid media agency, keeping them focused, accountable, and moving at startup speed as an extension of the team
• - Partner day-to-day with Integrated Marketing, Merch, and Design to improve conversion, onboarding, and retention
• - Turn data into clear insights and practical next steps for the team
• - Keep up with platform changes and growth trends
