This dentist-designed formula is a welcome update to astringent and alcohol-laced mouthrinses. Instead, OLAS—which takes its name from the Spanish word for surf—spotlights naturally healing ingredients intrinsic to the ocean.

In place of fluoride, it is buoyed by evidence-backed xylitol, which starves bacteria, helps prevent cavities—with less enamel demineralization—and adds a hint of sweetness without harm.

    Very clean feeling

    I love this mouthwash. While it does have a sort of essential oil taste, it's more medicinal but refreshing. It leaves my mouth feeling clean.
