how to use

For optimal results, use the Oxygen Mist & Glide as part of your daily LYMA Laser protocol for a minimum of 12 weeks. Begin by applying six pumps of the Oxygen Mist to freshly cleansed skin, followed by six pumps of the Oxygen Glide to the same treatment area. Hold or glide the LYMA Laser over each area for at least three minutes, ensuring full contact with the skin. To finish, dampen the LYMA sponge with water and gently remove any residue using circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and allow the sponge to air dry. Follow with LYMA Skincare or your preferred moisturizer.
