how to use
  • Plug in the Infrared Sauna Blanket and pre-heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Wear long sleeves, pants, and socks for best results and to protect your skin while absorbing sweat—or wear the HigherDOSE Sauna Blanket Insert.
  • Place the blanket on a heat-safe surface, lie inside, and zip the blanket closed.
  • Start with 30-40 minute sessions and work your way up to one hour, two to three times a week.
  • Post-session, allow the blanket to cool before wiping it down.
  • Store in the accompanying carry bag.
  • Hydrate before and after use.
