The idea for the T3 hair dryer was born when brand founder Kent Yu observed his girlfriend getting ready for work using pricey styling products and a cheap hair dryer. He knew he could provide a solution that was lighter, faster, quieter, prettier — and wouldn’t damage hair. After years of research, he discovered the tourmaline gemstone, unique for its ability to emit negative ions and far-infrared energy, which cancel static, seal the cuticle, and lock in moisture for healthy, shiny hair.
