The debut creation from the Madame Grey Estate speaks to unknowable desire, the kind that slips from your grasp yet leaves an indelible impression. Created by Cassandra Grey in collaboration with the master perfumer Jérôme Epinette, the extrait de parfum is formulated with a potent 26% concentration and produced in small-batch editions of 1,100: each a time capsule of the raw materials at that precise moment.

Each glass bottle is handcrafted by Waltersperger in the Bresle Valley, France, and engraved with the fragrance’s date of production. The sculptural design alludes to the curves of the body where scent is applied.

Perfection in a Bottle
I will start out by saying that I love perfume. I own many different brands and many expensive scents. But when I tried Madame Grey? I was hooked. I usually wear a fragrance and grow bored of it after awhile. I’ve been wearing this one nonstop since I bought it. I even gifted two bottles to my two best friends. It’s sultry, seductive, and worth every penny. If you like deep and complex scents that leave an impression, buy this perfume.

Beautiful Scent, No staying power
I purchased the 20 ml one. This perfume smells sophisticated and soft but if you or anyone want to smell it after 3 hours, you have to reapply. At the price, I think they can do better. Thanks.

Luscious!
With this purchase being a “blind buy” I kept my fingers crossed….and I’m not disappointed! Beautifully layered, sexy, and original. I’ve never spent this much on a fragrance but this smells like it’s price tag - expensive and luxe. Doesn’t seem to last very long on me but that’s ok; I don’t mind reapplying throughout the day.

So close.
A truly lovely fragrance, with amazing complexity. My main complaint is that the lingering scent is sharp, and does not evoke "the one that got away." To live up to that tag line, the lasting notes should be warm and sultry, like amber, and not the bitter bergamot I smell
