This liner is engineered for controlled definition, whether the intention is barely-there or distinctly graphic. The liquid formula delivers continuously even black pigment with a subtle sheen, allowing color intensity to move from refined to dramatic without losing precision. 

A specialized film-forming system helps the liner dry quickly, adhere evenly, and resist water, humidity, sweat, and smudging for up to 24 hours. A multifunctional humectant keeps application comfortable, while a pure pigment blend gives the black even more depth.

Atlas Atelier’s free-ink technology promotes a consistent, continuous flow of liner during application, while helping prevent leakage caused by shifts in pressure or temperature.

The formula is made without BHT, mineral oil, D5, silicones, microplastics, EDTA, or parabens.
