HOW TO LIFT AND SCULPT YOUR FACE WITH MASSAGE

Joanna Czech knows firsthand the value of facial massage. The Dallas-based esthetician, who earned her stripes in New York working on clients like Kim Kardashian West and Christy Turlington Burns, is known for her hands-on manipulation of facial muscles. And while Czech’s clients always leave her studio lifted and glowing, they needed something to help maintain her hard work between visits. “Self massage is not easy, and I wanted to create a tool that made it easier,” she says.

Mission accomplished: Czech’s just-launched Facial Massager is a Space Age-esque metal roller that promotes lymphatic drainage, enhances one’s natural bone structure, and increases the penetration of skin care products. “Massage is by far the most important step in an effective, non-invasive skin care regimen. Massaging the skin speeds up circulation and brings more oxygen to the tissue, resulting in brighter, healthier skin!”

To ensure your that your cheekbones are visible and your jawline is sculpted, we asked Czech to give us a massage tutorial and share some tips for getting the most out of the roller. Watch and learn Czech’s techniques above.
