Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all traffic-driving and customer acquisition marketing efforts across all channels to help take the brand to the next level.  As part of a broader team effort to understand our customers and accelerate growth, your primary objectives will be to develop hypotheses for new channel testing opportunities, optimize our existing digital ad channels and campaigns, manage our paid channel dashboards and reporting cadences, construct smart tests, and A/B test ad creatives.  Reports to the Director of E-Commerce. 
 

What you’ll do:

  • Find creative, exciting, and efficient ways to drive traffic and build and retain audience.

  • Utilize existing marketing tools, assets, and initiatives to help streamline marketing efforts and prioritize for maximum impact and efficiency.

  • Manage tightly defined CAC and volume targets, with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting against KPIs.

  • Identify, test, and optimize the best performance marketing channels to drive ROI.

  • Collaborate with our broader marketing team on attribution models, analytics, audience segmentation, messaging, promotions, and retention strategies.

  • Use advertising and paid digital media to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and acquire new customers.

  • Drive SEO/SEM.

  • Manage paid social strategy and budget to acquire new customers, recruit new customers, drive e-commerce sales, and build social following.

  • Develop systems and processes to monitor and measure the impact of marketing (strategy and tactics).

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing dashboard that measures performance of all current marketing channels and marketing mix, including:

    • Search (Website, SEO/Search, Google AdWords, etc.)

    • Social (Facebook / Instagram / etc.)

    • Paid

    • Video

  • Drive company data capture and manage and develop an omni CRM program in partnership with Concierge and Store Director.

  • Work across teams to develop and implement (own, forecast, and track) quarterly and annual Marketing Plans and Budget.

  • Work with Director of E-commerce and Retention & Email Marketing Manager to help optimize email performance.

  • Contribute to e-commerce strategy to grow business channel.

Qualifications:

  • A resume that includes successful examples of driving traffic, conversion, and building CRM.

  • An understanding of how to successfully use paid digital media to grow a business.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to think strategically while executing against the smallest details.

  • The ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.

  • A can-do, self-starter, with a problem solving attitude and an ability to work independently and execute in a fast pace start-up pace environment.
