Dubbed the “Artist of Dreams,” Piero Fornasetti was a prolific 20th-century Italian painter, sculptor and engraver. He created an estimated 13,000 artworks, many of them emblazoned with the enigmatic face of his muse, opera singer Lina Cavalieri. Today, Piero’s son, Barnaba, reinterprets his father’s charming and whimsical art into home goods and accessories at the Fornasetti atelier in Milan. Fornasetti works with master perfumers and traditional artisans to craft premium candles in handmade ceramic vessels. When you buy a Fornasetti candle you also invest in a piece of art.
