M·A·C

FEATURED: M·A·C PRO LIP PALETTE IN EDITORIAL REDS
PHOTOGRAPHED IN THE STUDIO WITH VIOLET GREY
Make-Up Art Cosmetics — commonly known as M.A.C.—was created by makeup artist Frank Toscan and salon owner Frank
Angelo when they became frustrated by the lack of products that photographed well and held up under hot lights for long hours in the studio. Their first M.A.C. Pro Store opened in Toronto in 1982, quickly becoming a hub for makeup pros and celebrities to exchange tips and tricks and stock up on products (early fans included Madonna, Michael Jackson, and Linda Evangelista). With the creed “All Ages, All Races, All Sexes” (drag queen RuPaul was the original face of the Viva Glam campaign in 1994), M.A.C. has become synonymous with diversity and artistry.
